Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services are designed for active individuals of all abilities, with an emphasis on personalized treatment to help you recover, rehabilitate, and thrive. Whether you're recovering from an injury or managing chronic pain, we take a holistic approach to your care, combining hands-on therapy with functional exercises to improve movement and strength. Treatment is a one-on-one hour-long session, with a focus on empowering you to take an active role in your recovery and long-term health. We believe in meeting you where you are and guiding you every step of the way to help you get back to doing what you love.
We also emphasize the importance of "pre-hab," helping you prevent injuries before they occur. Research and experience show that maintaining strong, mobile joints and tissues is key to staying healthy, both in everyday life and while training for endurance sports. A typical session may include mobility exercises, plyometrics, and strength training to support overall movement and performance.
One—on—One. Always.
Injuries we commonly treat:

Achilles tendinitis
Plantar fasciitis
Tendon and muscle strains

Frequently Asked Questions
-
→Treatment sessions are about one hour. Everyone’s experience will be unique based on your own history and injury, but a typical session will begin with recapping how you’ve been feeling since last time we met, followed by 15-20 minutes of manual therapy, then exercises for the remainder of the session. Exercises are never cookie-cutter or one-size-fits all. They are programmed specifically for you. We will wrap up each session discussing your homework – your home exercise program, lifestyle adjustments, and anything else we want you to pay attention to before your next visit.
